RCI Assisting with Kirkwood Power Line Project

RCI is the construction manager for the Kirkwood Meadows Public Utility District’s (KMPUD) Out Valley project. The Out Valley project, when completed, will provide an interconnection from the isolated Kirkwood community to the existing PG&E system. Construction is currently in progress on the Underground portion of the project, which includes construction of a 24.8 mile long, 34.5kV underground power line extending from the south side of the Lower Bear River Reservoir to the end of the project located adjacent to the KMPUD existing powerhouse located in Kirkwood, California.
