Why RCI?

Our professional staff includes civil engineers, biologists, geologists, environmental managers, range management specialists, planners, and surveyors.

Resource Concepts, Inc. (RCI) has operated since 1978 providing dependable and cost effective services in Nevada, California and other western states.

From initial planning through completion, a hallmark of RCI services are professional projects delivered in a cost effective and timely manner.

RCI has an experienced and interdisciplinary staff.  We are small enough to provide direct participation by senior level staff and large enough to support workloads for multiple projects.

RCI not only builds projects….

We build long term relationships by working in partnership with our clients to assist them in achieving their goals. We take pride in their success, our community and the work we accomplish.

RCI is a Small Business and we welcome teaming opportunities with large and small firms.

What’s New

The rebuild of our main office has been continuing throughout the Spring. Layer upon layer: the first-floor walls help the house to take shape.

Nevada Association of Land Surveyors President, RCI’s Survey Director, Todd A. Enke, PLS, opens the 2024 Annual Conference on March 24 in Las Vegas.

RCI is excited to share that the Coalition for Recreational Trails has announced their Annual Achievement Award to the Capitol to Tahoe Trail for its use of Recreational Trails Program funds in the Community Linkage category.

Congratulations to Carson City Open Space, Muscle Powered, and trail contributors for this National Award! RCI had the opportunity to help with several botanical and bird surveys for this trail. It was a wonderful experience to be a part of such a beautiful project.  For information on the Capitol to Tahoe Trail: Capital to Tahoe Trail – Visit Carson City.
