Shannon McDaniel, PE, WRS

Ms. McDaniel joined the water rights team at RCI in 2021. She comes to RCI from the Nevada Division of Water Resources where she began her career in 2012. During her time with the Division, Ms. McDaniel held positions in the hydrology section, water rights section and well drilling section; was the project manager of the TCID Water Rights Mapping Project and was the Chief of the Well Drilling Regulations and Adjudications Sections.

Shannon is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, and is a licensed professional engineer and water rights surveyor in the State of Nevada.

An active member of the Nevada Water Resources Association, Ms. McDaniel has co-chaired the association’s annual conference three times and is a member of the annual conference planning committee.
