Senior Civil Engineer

Ms. Kryder has wide-ranging engineering experience, including project management, engineering design, technical writing, and construction administration. Her work has supported public and private sector clients in urban and rural areas to develop infrastructure, residential and commercial developments, community facilities, and economic development projects. Ms. Kryder enjoys working with clients to address the unique challenges of each project and to ensure clients’ visions and needs are met. In addition to civil engineering design and project management, Ms. Kryder has extensive experience with water rights and water resources in Nevada.

Ms. Kryder’s engineering design experience includes commercial site development; residential subdivision design; water, sewer, and storm drain design, including hydraulic analysis; drainage analysis and report writing, grading and drainage design; signage and striping plans.

A lifelong westerner, Ms. Kryder spent 13 years in rural southern Nevada, and understands that each community faces unique challenges when it comes to development of infrastructure, economic opportunities, environmental considerations, and other factors. There is no “one size fits all” solution to these challenges, and Ms. Kryder enjoys working with clients to determine the best fit solution in each situation.

Ms. Kryder became an engineer and continues to enjoy engineering as a way to help find solutions to challenges, ultimately working to help people and organizations reach their goals.
