JoAnne has been member of the RCI team for more than 17 years. During that time, she has provided outstanding service to our clients. Her passion and dedication to the environment shows in all she does. She has extensive experience and expertise in biological resource surveys and impact assessments for sensitive plants and wildlife, aquatic resource delineations, and environmental permitting.

Please join us in congratulating JoAnne on two more significant achievements!

JoAnne has recently become a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC). CPESC is the only professional certification recognized by the EPA for professionals qualified to prepare stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs).

Additionally, JoAnne has obtained certification as a Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) and Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP). These professional certifications are required by the State of California to prepare and oversee implementation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans required under the California Construction General Permit. JoAnne has extensive field experience and looks forward to preparing SWPPPs for our clients.

Regardless of your location, JoAnne is available and well qualified to provide site specific design and implementation of best management practices to avoid and minimize potential erosion and sediment control issues at your construction site and oversee implementation and monitoring to keep your site in regulatory compliance.
