RCI Welcomes Todd Enke, PLS as our Survey Director

Resource Concepts is pleased to welcome Todd Enke as our new Survey Director. Mr. Enke has more than thirty years of professional experience which includes: Topographical mapping, construction layout, boundary mapping, and extensive knowledge of Trimble GPS, Robotic Total Stations, Digital Level equipment, and other digital technology which positions Todd as a leader in his industry.
Todd graduated in 1994 from California State University Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Nevada, and is active on the Nevada Association of Land Surveyors, Lahontan Board, where he has served in the capacities of Director, Secretary and currently as President.
Todd’s journey toward becoming a Professional Land Surveyor began as a young adult when he was surrounded by close family and friends who were licensed professionals in the land surveying field. Working with his father from a young age, Todd learned to survey, not by what is considered today as surveying, but how to survey by Wild T1 or T2 and turn angle after angle to far away points on other ridges to establish photo control. He enjoyed the fun of watching a red beam of light bounce off a triple (back-site prism) two, three, or four miles away. As it does this, it lights up the heavy air with colorful beams of the rainbow. With Todd’s passion for surveying, extensive experience, perspective in old school surveying, and experience with new technology in land surveying, Todd is a welcome member of RCI and an exceptional choice to lead our survey team.
Please join us in welcoming Todd to RCI!
