RCI Welcomes Presley Cochran to our Civil Engineering Team

Resource Concepts is pleased to add Presley Cochran as a full-time engineering intern to our professional staff. Presley is a December 2017 graduate of the University of Alabama, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a specialty in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering. She grew up in southeast Texas, moved to Alabama for college, and ultimately decided to move to Lake Tahoe after graduation to begin her career. Having previous summer internships with a construction company as well as a consulting firm gave her firsthand experience to begin her career at RCI.

Her studies introduced her to site development, environmental engineering, hydrology, solid and hazardous waste management, materials, geotechnical engineering, water resources, water and wastewater treatment design, engineering management, engineering information systems, fluid mechanics, air quality engineering, surveying, structural engineering, and construction engineering.

Presley recently moved to Nevada and is enjoying all the diverse opportunities available here. She is a member of the Tahoe Regional Young Professionals and plans to get involved in community and volunteer projects. In her spare time, she enjoys soccer, camping, hiking, trail running, and plans to take up snowboarding.
