Our Area

When it is time to “call it a day,” RCI members enjoy a multitude of outdoor activities. Whether we get together as a group for company BBQs, porch musical jams, and softball, or we enjoy time with friends and family, our Northern Nevada climate allows us the opportunity to enjoy the diverse landscape. Everything from hiking and biking through the Lake Tahoe pine forest or across the high desert, to white water kayaking in Reno’s nationally recognized park. If you’re into world-class skiing on the Sierra slopes, fishing in mountain streams and lakes, hunting in your own backyard, or enjoying the Reno & Tahoe night life, it is all within 30 minutes of our front door.
