Resource Concepts, Inc. (RCI) is pleased to announce the appointment of three new board members and one new principal. The staff and current board of RCI are happy to welcome new board members Mr. Jeremy Drew and Ms. Lynn Zonge, and new principal Mr. Joe Cacioppo. These new members join the existing board with Mr. Bruce Scott, Mr. Marvin Tebeau, and Mr. Darryl Harris. Mr. John McLain is now Principal Emeritus and will remain active at RCI.

Jeremy Drew, EI has been with RCI since 2005. He has a unique background that combines civil engineering, wildlife management, and public land policy. His education and experience has afforded him the skills to effectively communicate and articulate from both technical and public outreach standpoints. He serves as Project Manager for some of RCI’s largest natural resource clients, including leadership roles in multi-disciplinary and collaborative project teams.
Lynn Zonge has been with RCI since 1999. She draws from more than twenty years of experience with environmental permitting, watershed analyses, and open space and river recreation planning. She specializes in geomorphology, surface water hydrology and geology of the Sierra Nevada and Great Basin regions, technical writing and community outreach.
Joe Cacioppo, PE has been with RCI since 1998. He is a veteran of the United States Army and has over twenty years experience in residential, commercial and industrial planning, permitting, design and construction management projects in Nevada and California. He has extensive civil and environmental expertise in site development and rehabilitation, FEMA permitting and compliance, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and design, solid waste permitting and design, recreation and athletic facilities, and best management practices (BMPs) design and implementation.
